It’s it’s beautiful. The music was amazing in every area it’s clean. The staff is friendly. They incorporated nature into the facility. It’s just yes you need to book here. I plan on booking again very soon.

The hotel itself was beautiful as were the rooms.
the day staff were lovely and welcoming.
The early morning staff were rude and offered no help to whatsoever. I struggled to open the door as I was wheeling 2 suitcases and carrying 2 bags and they just stood there watching me struggle with no intention of asking if I needed help.
The valet parking was extremely expensive at $70+ a day.
at $70 a day you would think the valet retrievals would be an easy process to get your car. NO we stood outside for over 30mins waiting for the valet person who was sitting in there car while on shift. She only got out of her car as someone had message to have their car retrieved. We were still not ask if we needed help and had to wait for another 2 car to be brought out before ours. We were handed the keys with no conversation as she walked back to sit in her car. This was extremely rude!
I’m not one to usually write reviews but I was not impressed with these actions considering there is no other option than valet at this hotel.
