Two Nights wasn’t enough.

Right on the river walk. We were able to select a room with a patio overlooking the River Walk.

We liked being able to us the public parking right across the street. It was a money saver but the city could do a much better job keeping it clean, including the stairs and elevator.

Booking.com advertised it as a room with a view of the riverwalk but room did not have a riverwalk view.

Stunning location and facilities

Amazing experience - from accommodating our room requests, the layout of the hotel, the direct access to the river walk, to the helpfulness of the staff this was just a wonderful weekend away! We had rooms right at the pool side. Everything was kept so clean and tidy. Valet parking: $49 a night Direct access to the Riverwalk Very close to main attractions (walking distance under 15 mins to Alamo and Legoland etc) Kid friendly meal options at all restaurants on the property.

Great stay, cool quiet room, clean room and bathroom. Valet staff was excellent!

Great central locale, lovely old world style, loved the church bells, quiet despitw being downtown👍, clean beautiful pool area and pool.

Separate times for families in the pool would be great. Too many drinking drunk people swimming w children. I had to take my granddaughter and leave.

I didn't like the fact that I didn't receive the security deposit was not returned with no reason why.

Clear and non confusing explanation of charges. 1900 for 2 rooms? Why?

Good but not great.

The hotel is gorgeous and the location is great. The staff was also very friendly..

Expected more for the price paid. The room was HOT and the fridge in our room did not work so the food/drinks we brought to the room went bad. I’ve always wanted to stay here and was a little disappointed.

We will be back!

The amenities, the beautiful rooms, the ambience, and wonderful staff. The Valet staff was exceptional! Each and every one of the valet team were wonderfully helpful! Grateful to those guys!

The Property was Nice On River Walk also Staff was Wonderful.

They offered us a upgrade for $75.00 more of a view but our view to River Walk Was Nothing But Trees and They Did Not Inform Us Of Sharing A Balcony. Besides

Staff was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

if staying on the riverwalk side it is LOUD! I anticipated some noise and enjoyed the balcony but late at night it is crazy loud! Room 222. Maybe consider higher floors.
