Our first time in Drury because I’m a Marriot member but we like it here, the room is bigger and with kitchenette. Place is clean and staffs are accommodating esp.the reception in the morning, she is really nice.
I wish we could stay longer but kids have school alreaydy

The staff was exceptional, professional, friendly, and courteous from front desk to cleaning staff. The location was close to everything. The breakfast was great and they offered dinner and drinks from 5:30-7:00 and free popcorn.
Parking seems a bit challenging very full but this was a minor stressor.

The room was very modern with ample space the layout was good for longer stays, the bathroom was also well laid out. The kitchen was well fitted out with every thing you need to cook your own food.Good sound proofing except for the exterior door at back of hotel (which was very handy but rattled the walls when slammed shut).
The TV had to be fixed, WiFi was out for a day. All toilets should have a grab rail to get on and off it (don't consider the older guests), the shower door is a nice feature but installed wrong and leaks water onto the floor. The coffee is poor and the quality of food provided could be better (refer to the Element Marriott service).

ROOM WITH LIVING ROOM WAS VERY COMFORTABLE.
HOTEL HAD A LOBBY LEAK. NO WATER FOR 6 HOURS. HOT WATER DID NOT WORK THE NEXT MORNING. FANS WERE RUNNING IN THE LOBBY THE FOUR DAYS WE WERE THERE. POOL WAS CLOSED WHILE WE WERE THER E--AWAITING A PART. HAPPY HOUR AND BREAKFAST FAIR. THERE WERE HARDLY ANY PEOPLE IN HOTEL...PERHAPS 10 ROOMS THE 1ST 2 NIGHTS. IT SEEMED VERY STRANGE.
