Que tenga un espacio para aparcar es algo positivo, ya que teníamos coche de alquiler. Además estaba muy cerca del viejo San Juan (15min).
El principal inconveniente durante nuestra estancia fue el ruido exterior durante la noche. A partir de aproximadamente las 21:00 horas se escuchaban ruidos muy molestos procedentes del exterior, aparentemente de algún animal, que se prolongaban durante la noche y dificultaban mucho conciliar el sueño. El aislamiento acústico de las ventanas no era suficiente para evitar que estos ruidos se escucharan claramente dentro de la habitación. Por lo demás, la estancia fue agradable, pero este aspecto afectó bastante a nuestro descanso.

Cosy apartment. Easy check in. Fairly clean. Friendly host. Good quality price.
Unfortunately there no actual glass in the windows, but only blinds. This makes the soundproofing quite poor.

Very cozy place, good location. Quick 15$ uber will get you to all the hot tourist spots . Safe quiet neighbourhood.
The bed was ok, clean but mattress plastic cover made it not as cozy. A foam cover over it would make a huge difference. But not a bad sleep overall
