The staff are all very friendly. From Vedaste to Patience, they all made our stay enjoyable. As foreigners, Vedaste went out of his way to communicate with the locals on our behalf where necessary. He even made recommendations on places to visit and they turned out to be pretty good. They clean the rooms everyday and replace the towels every day as well. The hotel environment is also clean. The chef makes breakfast fresh each day and they switch it up from day to day. Breakfast is nice and the coffee made by Patience is nice as well. Another thing I liked about the hotel was it's location. It is central and easy to navigate.
I will say the rooms are generally clean but could be cleaner. We noticed some dirty spots on the toilet seat and within the toilet bowl. One of the blankets had stuff coming out of it that looked like small pebbles. But once we requested a replacement, they promptly attended to it and gave us a different blanket.

The pictures don't do the place justice. I got a big bright room with many nice touches like sofas, kettle and large TV. I enjoyed working in the dinning area every morning. The staff service was exceptional. They were so attentive and I genuinely enjoyed our conversations. They made me feel so at home. The location is great too. Minutes from the convention centre and Kimihurura.
The property is on a busy road and the constant sound of passing vehicles takes some getting used to. The advertised balconies also aren't really balconies.

Staff was kind, room was good, delicious breakfast
There were cockroaches in the room… they said the door will be fixed (there is a gap at the bottom so they can come inside), but I don’t think this was the first time having a problem like this
