The apartment is in an old and dilapidated building with an uneven staircase (not great for older people like me) and the instructions for getting the keys were unclear (though I eventually worked them out). But the apartment is pleasant, clean and reasonably spacious. When I arrived the bathroom door was either locked or jammed so I had to go out to use a toilet when I arrived, but the problem was fixed when I returned after the show. I think the price is good value for a young person on a budget.
The double-bed is on a mezzanine which is not really safely accessible by an elderly or disabled person. The first night I had to crawl on to the bed and even then I bumped my head on the ceiling. It's not what I would call a mezzanine, more a "sleeping shelf" but there was a sofa bed in the living room with sheets provided. I used that for the remaining four nights, and it was perfectly acceptable.

The location was excellent, right in historic centers and numerous lavender and perfumery shops literally at the door steps! There are also a few cafes and grocery stores very close by.
The facility and room itself is clean.
The apartment is on the second level, on walking up the steps tue building smells. There is no natural light and window opens to staircase. Poor privacy if we want some ventilation with windows open. The fan doesn’t work. We have attempted to contact the manager a few times to get it fixed or replaced but there was no resolution.
The double bed ‘upstairs’ is hazardous to potential head injury, photos on the booking website is deceiving, the height of upstairs such that we can’t even sit without knocking our head.
There is no handwash, body wash or shampoo supplied. The toilet seat is about to be broken.
