The room is very cozy and calm, the neighbourhood very quiet so you sleep comfortably. The size and the design of the room perfect. BTW you can use the laundry room in -2 floor. 🤎
I didn't like the facilities, I will start with the Iron and it's stand which was ruined my shirt. The water in toilet and shower need to be boosted. There is NO CAMERAS in the hallway (stairs). Which I concerned it as a deal to be solved ASAP. The quality of the room in general was different from a room to another.

المكان مريح وهادئ ونظيف والمنطقة حيوية جدا واجوائها شبابية ومدير الفندق متعاون جدا وصبور نسيت رمز الدخول اكثر من مرة وكنت اتصل في أوقات متاخرة جدا وكان متعاون جداً وحاول إرشادي كثيرا 👍🏽

The place itself was nice, and the room, although very small, had everything I needed for a short stay. The host was responsive.
The main downside for me was the room location on the first floor, and especially the bed being placed right along the window. It felt a bit insecure and affected my sense of comfort during the stay.
Another small but important issue was the lack of complimentary water in the room. I arrived quite late, and there were no nearby shops open, so having bottled water provided would have made a big difference in convenience.

Location is good, there is camera outside the property, communication wiht owner was nice and fast
The toilet wasn't up to par - the toilet cover was broken, shower is low (if you are tall you might reach the ceiling), having a bin would be nice and also the quality of built of the property wasn't that good (it got quite cold f.e. at night)
