Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura con la nostra famiglia a metà agosto e non avremmo potuto fare scelta migliore. L'appartamento era perfettamente pulito, accogliente, curato nei minimi dettagli e dotato di tutto il necessario per una vacanza senza pensieri. La piscina del residence è un grande valore aggiunto e il mare, così come il centro di Juan-les-Pins, sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Inoltre, in pochi minuti di auto si possono raggiungere alcune delle più belle spiagge della zona.
Pur non disponendo di un parcheggio privato, abbiamo sempre trovato posto lungo la strada nelle vicinanze del residence, anche in un periodo molto affollato come Ferragosto.
Ciò che ha reso il soggiorno davvero speciale è stata l'eccezionale ospitalità. Fin dalla prenotazione, John si è dimostrato sempre disponibile e attento, fornendoci consigli preziosi che ci hanno aiutato a vivere al meglio la vacanza. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti da Djeneba con un grande sorriso e disponibilità sincera. Ci ha mostrato con cura ogni dettaglio della casa e ci ha accompagnato in un tour del residence per farci conoscere la piscina e i campi da tennis: un'accoglienza impeccabile che ci ha fatto sentire subito i benvenuti.
In casa abbiamo trovato tante attenzioni e piccole sorprese che ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa nostra fin dal primo momento. Abbiamo soggiornato in molte strutture prenotate tramite Booking, ma raramente ci siamo sentiti così coccolati. È stata un'esperienza che ricorderemo con grande piacere e che speriamo di ripetere presto. Torneremo sicuramente! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Se proprio devo trovare un piccolo neo, direi l’assenza dell’aria condizionata. Detto questo, l’appartamento era dotato di tre ventilatori che ci hanno aiutato a gestire senza particolari problemi anche il caldo eccezionale di questa estate.

Everything!
We really loved our stay here. The apartment is located in a quiet and very green residential complex, and the swimming pool was a huge bonus — especially in the evening with the lights on.
Another unexpected highlight was discovering tennis! There is a free tennis court within the complex, and John kindly provided us with rackets and balls. Starting the day with an hour on the court was fantastic.
John is a wonderful host — friendly, helpful and always available. He also gave us some great tips about Antibes and places to visit around the French Riviera.
We arrived much earlier than check-in time and really appreciated being able to leave our luggage while the apartment was being prepared.
The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the welcome gifts from John and Jenny were such a lovely surprise.
What we especially liked is that this place really feels like a home rather than a typical holiday rental. It has everything you could possibly need, including lots of thoughtful little things you rarely find in holiday accommodation.
We had a wonderful time here and genuinely felt at home.
Thank you, John and Jenny! We would be very happy to stay here again.

Appartement très cosy et confortable
On apprécie tout particulièrement le rez de jardin le matin et les attentions particulières du propriétaire ( café , apéritifs etc ..) et le bel accueil de Djenna
La piscine ( malgré l’enquête policière à l’entrée !!)
Le Tennis ( raquettes et balles fournies )
Pas de climatisation nous obligeant à aller à l’hôtel en raison de la canicule ( 38 degrés dans l’appart malgré les ventilateurs) . Sur ce, le propriétaire a promis degrés l’installer rapidement .
Douche dans la baignoire pas pratique …

L’endroit est calme, reposant, ressourçant. Le domaine est propre, situé près du centre mais à la fois calme. L’endroit est fleuri et très agréable.
