I arrived at the property and felt like I had no choice but to sleep in my car for the night.

The whole place had a stench of mould, cockroaches and silverfish crawling about, mouldy walls and ceilings, The electric sockets looked very unsafe. parking on the street is not possible near the property. and there are a lot of anti-social persons in the area

Okay but lacked attention

I liked the location, the room had a small outdoor balcony. The bed was comfortable. I like the price

The bathroom was dirty and the bathroom furniture was damaged. The shower wasn't cleaned properly. There was a toilet brush with no cover or container. The kitchen lacked utensils and the shared terrace by the kitchen floor was dirty. I know this was cheap but it wouldnt cost much to add some of the things that were missing.

Olhao a lovely little town off tourist trail. Ferry to Armona island and beach. Nice restaurants.

Location was great. Near a supermarket. Close to restaurants and near the ferry to island beach. Quiet little back street. Air conditioning worked well as top floor was hot. Could sit outside room on balcony

Main problem: Could not check in until 4:00 pm. Arrived at 10:30 am. There is no left luggage place in Olhao so either go back to Faro with baggage or go sit somewhere for hours and waste a day. Same problem leaving. Had to be out of the apartment by noon. Went to Faro. Found a luggage place near the station. Was 89 degrees and had a late flight so be aware of that when booking an apartment in Olhao. Was on top floor. People coming and leaving during the night so a lot of door banging using shared bathrooms. My apartment had a bathroom 🙏 Bed had old fashioned springs. Not very comfortable.

Nice property but it has been clearly neglected.

Location was excellent. Rooms were large

Sorry but the pics dont match the reality. The property is nice but it has been clearly neglected. That was the first property where the toilet didnt have soap. The property had signs to change the bin bags, but not bags were available. Cleaning was just passable, with dust and dirty behind doors and in the toilet. The main WC was unbearable. The smell of dump was terrible. The cupboard door was literally collapsing and leaving pieces. We just avoided this toilet at all.

Le prix et l'emplacement

Logement dans son jus. Il faudrait du matériel de nettoyage (balais, éponge dans la salle de bain partagée) que les hôtes puissent maintenir un minimum de propreté pendant leur séjour. La chambre est très basique, pas de chaise par exemple, déco inexistante.

Funcinou bem e ficamos satisfeitos

Não gostei da porta do armário da cozinha que quase me caiu em cima por estar desencaixada, assim como a dificuldade de abrir a porta de entrada. A varanda da cozinha deveria estar mais limpa e cuidada.

The property was well located and easy to find. The room was large, comfortable and clean. Communication with the staff was excellent. They were friendly and helpful. It was quiet despite Olhão being busy in August.

The shared bathroom needs updating, it was quite dated but it was clean and functional. The room itself was fine, it was good value for high season.
