It is a private house with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with pots, dishes and everything needed to prepare meals, also a TV, and a sofa. The ceiling fan with a light in the bedroom was also nice.
We also appreciated the small extras such as tea, coffee, water and bread for toast with jam and so on. There is a place outside where you can wash your feet after coming back from the beach, which was very convenient. The house also has a nice sea view.
The biggest issue was finding the property. The area has many houses and very little clear signage. There were signs for some house numbers, but unfortunately not for ours, so it took us a very long time to find the right place.
The cleanliness of some of the kitchen appliances could also have been better. There was old water left in the kettle, and the kettle had a significant amount of limescale inside, so we did not feel comfortable using it for drinking water. We ended up heating water in a pot instead. The other coffee-making appliance also appeared not to have been properly cleaned and still had coffee residue inside.
The walk to the beach is also quite long and involves several winding paths, so it was not particularly convenient. You cannot go straight to the beach.(At least, we didn't find the road)
Personally, I would probably choose a different place if I came back to that town.

Well it's a complex so there was kids noises early in the morning which woke us up too many times
