Me robaron mi aro de compromiso dentro del dpto

El último día hicieron limpieza al dpto, había dejado mi aro de compromiso y al regresar, no lo encontré. Nunca me dieron una solución, me colgaron el teléfono en 2 oportunidades, una de ellas fue la encargada, me colgó el teléfono, y porque les dije que me iba a llevar todo para cobrar el robo de mi aro, llegaron 15 min antes de que salgamos para el aeropuerto con 2 policías. Supuestamente a “dar la cara y ayudar con la denuncia”, pero realmente fue a constatar que no nos llevemos nada, lo cual no hicimos. Les dije que se había desaparecido mi aro una noche antes, y esa noche no hicieron nada, más que preguntarle a la chica de limpieza y obvio les dijo que no. Al final nunca apareció mi aro, y lo único que hicieron al día siguiente cuando ya estaba saliendo del dpto, fue llevar policías. No abordaron el tema de inmediato ni cómo debió ser porque por teléfono hasta altaneras estuvieron y colgaban, no me dieron ninguna solución, simplemente llevaron a la muchacha de limpieza para que nos diga que no había visto ningún aro y ahí quedó todo. Se ofenden cuando tomo la palabra robo, pero no encuentro otra palabra que describa que yo haya dejado mi aro y cuando ingresaron a hacer limpieza, ya no estaba y nunca apareció. Pésimo, jamás volvería y no lo recomiendo.

Excelente ubicación, el servicio del personal y también la limpieza del lugar

Deberían servir una opción de desayuno, quizás en otro lugar en alianza con algún local que brinde este tipo de servicio

Es muy lindo y grande

Ellos suelen dar snacks, que te cobran el costo al final de la estadía. Cuando terminó nuestra reserva nos quisieron cobrar el triple de lo que consumimos, le mencioné mi incomodad y solucionaron diciendo que equivocaron, el previo que me dieron era más del que habían consumido. No volveria a ir en definitiva.
