About this house rental
Welcome to Oro del Sol #17. This recently renovated 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is located in Tamarindo. The home is situated amongst 4 other villas. The home is a 2 storey home with stairs. It takes approx. 13 minutes to walk to Tamarindo beach.
The master bedroom is located upstairs with a king size bed an ensuite washroom and an outdoor balcony. The downstairs has two bedrooms with ensuites and queen size beds. The kitchen and living room is also downstairs.
There is a gas BBQ and pool.
The space
The home has been recently renovated and there is a modern relaxed feeling within the home. On the main floor is the living room, kitchen, two bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. The bedrooms each have queen size beds. From the living and dining room you can enter onto the deck where the pool is located. If you are lucky, you will see the monkeys in the trees while you are swimming.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite. There is a sliding door leading from the master bedroom to another balcony where you can relax.
We have a studio casita which can also be rented for an additional price. Please send me a message if you are interested in also renting the casita. The casita has a queen size bed, washroom, cooking area, fridge and washer and dryer. There is an outdoor deck where you can also relax.

Guests will be able to access all of the 3 bedroom home.
