The house was great and accommodated our family of three plus our furry family member. Sam was great with responses to questions and followed-up in a timely manner. Location was great for what we needed. Weather wasn't great the weekend we were there so can't speak to the beach aspect but we could see the beach access a few blocks away from the front of the house. Overall, it was a great experience and would recommend for families of two or three and if you have a furry family member joining you, this is a great place.
