This home is located on a street parallel to Beach Drive for reference. -This property is near great fishing spots, the jetties, restaurants, and stores for your convenience! -Early Check In/Late Check out is available for an additional $50 upon approval this is only valid 24 hours prior to your check in date if there is not a same day turn over. Please note - Any guests that are not granted late check out and do not check out by the checkout time will be charged the additional fee. We are on the City of Surfside’s water. There can be an occasional sulphur smell. This is out of our control however we this property has an entire house filtration and RO system installed for your convenience. The water quality is safe, but we have provided the RO system for cooking and drinking. This property is self-check in. You will not have to interact with the hosts during your stay.
