The bedroom has fresh bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, and iron.
The full kitchen comes with stove, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, cookware and tableware. A washer and a shared dryer is available in the apartment. A workspace is available too.
The bathroom has towels, shampoo, body soap and hot water. The apartment has air conditioning throughout.

The apartment door opens with a code we send you before you arrive, so there are no keys to pick up.

Ten members of our family attended a wedding in Panama City and then rented 3 of the spaces offered at Wynwood House at this same location for ann extended stay. All were as pictured and very clean. The area is bustling and offers good shopping and plenty of excellent food choices. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Overall the apartment was nice. The balcony over looking the square was a great feature. Provided a nice outdoor space with view. Apartment nicely decorated. Brick walls were flaking onto floor and bedding. Strange smell in apartment, not sure if it was chemicals used to clean. No working dryer, just washer. Very secure building and location. Would recommend.
