The heart of the main floor has lofty ceilings, a wall of windows that frame the canal, a glassed-in sunroom, a screened-in dining porch, with a wide outdoor deck where you can grill and dine overlooking the water. The space Canalside Home with Dock, Tree-Lined Deck, WiFi, AC & Community Pool Access Enjoy quick and easy boating access to the St. Martin River from this four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom, waterfront home on the canal in Ocean Pines. Be sure to bring your boat or jet skis along, as you'll have your very own 25-foot dock outside your door. Step inside this canalside home to find an abundance of natural light, central air conditioning, and free WiFi throughout. The heart of the main floor is the living room, offering lofty ceilings, a wall of windows that frame the canal, and a Smart TV mounted to the floor-to-ceiling brick hearth. This room also connects to a glassed-in sunroom, a screened-in dining porch, and a wide outdoor deck where you can grill and dine overlooking the water. Back inside, you'll find a full kitchen, three more Smart TVs (in three of the four bedrooms), and a private washer/dryer for all of your laundry needs. There's a primary bedroom and a guest bedroom on the main floor, as well as two large bedrooms on the second floor. Things to Know Full kitchen An Ocean Pines Beach Club parking permit is supplied by the owner ($60 deposit required) The fireplace is not for guest use No smoking and no pets allowed *Ocean Pines properties offer options to purchase pool passes to the four Ocean Pines community pools and the Ocean Pines Beach Club pool.
