Fabulous downtown location with outstanding service above and beyond! From the valet, checking in, housekeeping, the restaurant servers, and management are all caring, friendly, helpful, and genuinely nice people.
Special touches are left in the immaculate rooms, as well as, recognition in the hotel restaurant, Luminosa, for for special occasions like birthdays and anniversarys.
Love the beverage station on each floor and fascinating historical notes for the hotel restoration. For a former office building in the shape of a flat iron and now a hotel, some rooms are a little tight but the beautiful views make you quickly forget!
Treat yourself to a great stay in Asheville...we are already planning our return!

The hotel is so cool! The staff is fantastic! There is a younger gentleman and lady that were awesome!!! I came back to the hotel Wednesday evening and ended up talking to them for a bit. I wish I got their names. Love it and will return

We love this hotel so much! They did a cool job of converting a 100-year-old office building into a cool hotel. Don’t miss the rooftop bar!
