The staff were excellent. Always helpful and suggesting the best for us. Very conveniently located and easy walk to Train Street and lake. Rooms are ok - nothing too fancy but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was awesome - great selection and freshly made pancakes and omelet as you order, at no additional charge.

The hotel staff provided outstanding service throughout our stay. Everyone was very friendly, professional and always willing to help with a smile. Special mention to Link. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made our experience truly enjoyable. We felt welcomed and well taken care of from check in to check out. We highly recommend this hotel in Hanoi.

We had a great experience at this hotel!
We had first booked another hotel but didn’t love it and found this one at a great price with breakfast included. It was a great choice!
From the moment we stepped in, we felt very welcomed by Sofia. We got a welcome drink and snack. Then she personally showed us the room and gave us a sheet with great information about the city.
The room was very comfortable for our family of 4 and it had a lot of counter space to put our stuff. It also included glass bottles of water that were refilled every day as well as coffee and tea. It’s nicely decorated.
The breakfast had a nice spread of warm items, fresh fruit, bread, yogurt and also included a la carte items like banh mi, pho, eggs etc. The staff was always willing to help.
Link in concierge was very attentive both in person and in whatsapp. She provided useful tour information, helped us book a walking tour, and always followed up. On the day of our early departure, they even had breakfast boxes ready for us to take. So very thoughtful!
It really felt like coming back home each day. All staff was friendly and attentive and I couldn’t be more appreciative.
