Todo. El personal lo que más, increíblemente amable. Mucha gente que hablaba español. El lago es una maravilla y el hotel también. Nos hicieron un upgrade en la habitación.
El único incidente que tuvimos es que no pudimos conectar el iPad a la televisión porque hubo un fallo de sistemas

Fabulous location and property, amazing SPA and lakeside club.
Ultra-luxury room design and details. Fairytale-like views from our room.
Great service and food offer at Schloss Restaurant for both breakfast and dinner.
Very good SPA and concierge staff.
Guests have the possibility to live unique experiences such as exploring the lake with paddle board and visiting the Sissi museum.
Check-in experience could be improved in order to make it more memorable and informative, especially considering the incredible potential of the property (history of the castle, extensive art collection, Sissi movie location, beautiful SPA…). Details and info about the hotel and the room were given too briefly.
Also, something more could be offered in the room for welcoming guests (besides only two apples).
Check-out instead was managed properly - however, more efforts could be done during the goodbye / departure moment with the car or taxi, in order to close the beautiful experience at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl in a more personal way.
Some plants in the gardens were dead and needed to be replaced.

Na ja, es scheint ein Personalproblem zu bestehen
Gefallen eigentlich wenig. Der Pool war gut, aber um 10:00 lagen noch die Auflagen und Decken vom Vortag
auf den Liegen. Die Lage am See ist zwar schön, aber da gibt es eine ganze Reihe von Hotels, die ein weitaus
besseres Niveau haben. Hervorzuheben wäre Nadja im Restaurant, freundlich und kompetent. Das wars auch
Wir gehen bei Buchung davon aus, dass die gebotenen Leistungen auch erbracht bzw genutzt werden können.
Es gb aber an jedem Abend ein > exklusives Event <, so dass entweder das Schloss Restaurant, die Bar oder andere
für Gäste n i c h t zur Verfügung stand. Die > Events < sind mir eigentlich vollkommen egal, ich möchte nur, dass
dies zu Lasten der Gäste geht
