It is a nice hotel, great location, helpful staff, room was clean, size ok. That’s where the problem started for us, if you like a bed that' feels like concrete your in luck, worst bed & sleep in our 3 week visit. Food selection at breakfast no better than the bed (dreadful)
If you pay for good nights sleep & breakfast and don't get it, then your entitled to be unhappy.
Shame as its a nice hotel
Worst bed I've ever slept on, full stop

"The room was bigger than other business hotels I stayed near train stations, the onsen was perfect for a snowy day, and the bed was comfortable. I’d stay here again if I ever come this way."
