Location was good!

The location was amazing. So close to so many restaurants and supermarkets.
Some of the amenities were not working properly. The shower did not drain quick enough so we had to turn the water off and on so the bathroom didn’t flood. The A/C unit was very finicky. It took a couple of tries each night to get it working.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of room, and we really enjoyed the outdoor area where we could sunbathe and eat outside. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. The staff were friendly, responsive, and replied quickly. All instructions were clear and easy to follow. The location was very convenient, and check-in/check-out was simple. They also kindly allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out.
The shower drain could be improved. It was also a bit noisy, but I understand that this is normal because of the narrow city streets and central location.

Good location and large bed.
Our shower continued to flood. I spoke to the landlord on the first day who confirmed it would be fixed the next day, however it was not fixed until near the end of our stay which meant me and my partner couldn’t both shower one after another and we had to organise our showers around this which was frustrating when we had plans etc. When the shower was fixed it was caused by a razor down the drain. Because the head was pink, the plumber insinuated that I had caused this, which I had not. We also left out towels in the shower on our 2nd last night to request new ones (bearing in mind how wet our shower was) and these were not replaced. My partner really struggles with his skin and needs everything to be clean, and this caused him a lot of upset.
