A nuestra llegada y salida no tuvimos apoyo por parte del personal con nuestro equipaje, recomiendo un poco más de atención a esos detalles.

El día del check out ya no nos conservaron los derechos del all inclusive sin avisarnos el check out era hasta la 1 y desde las 11 ya no nos permitieron pedir nada de los snaks cuando nos había ofrecido poder seguir en las amenidades del hotel siempre y cuando entregáramos la habitación además de que se me quedaron tiradas por accidente unas tarjetas de crédito en la habitación y las utilizaron, tuve que realizar aclaraciones con mis bancos y llame a recepción para dejar mi antecedente

Beach club was the only good thing about this resort.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY. For an all inclusive many restaurants had excuses that they were out of certain foods and service members (specifically the towel ladies) were RUDE. Have you dirty and ripped towels and then tried to blame you for it.
