It was super clean, communicating with the host via email was very easy, and they were very nice. It had a wonderful kitchenette and table. They even provided a toaster as well as a first aid kit which we used. It had interesting books on the shelf to read. We also sat on the front .porch enjoying the sun and the next door neighbor's cute dog

A little problem with the code for the door was sorted thanks to the helpful neighbours Its a cosy little place to stay; BUT the area is sketchy and there is no sound proofing as unfortunatley a family lives above and EVERY sound carries; It was my own decision to quit early and look for somewhere I felt more comfortable; If your young and don;t mind sound at night or are as deal as a post this is ideal for you; It is in a very central location for Queens ( Jamaica) Good bus service and very close to shops & Subway; JFK airport link;
The noise and immediate area; Jamaica isn't the best of places; But if you like to emerse yourself in what a real New York neighbourhood is like This is right up your street
