Amazing location! We arrived in the morning the apartment was ready early for us to check in at 10am so this was great that we weren’t lugging around our bags until later. The apartment is exactly as pictured it’s stunning. The facilities provided are great with a washing machine and dishwasher. Also induction cooktop if you wanted to cook aswell. To enter the building you need to use an electronic link aswell as locking and unlocking the apartment and using the elevator. We found it easy to use and makes for extra security. Staff were very responsive and extremely easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend this for your next stay in Milan.
Not really a dislike and if we wanted to be picky would love to see something in the shower to hold shampoo and conditioner and a dish rack in the kitchenette area.

The location was the best! The apartment was wonderful as well!
The only thing that was a little irritating is that you had to use your phone to open the property door, the elevator door, and your apartment door. For seniors, we are not that used to doing that.

The location is good - close to the metro and easy walk to Duomo, castle and various restaurants.
AC worked well especially since it was so hot while we were there. Nice to have a bottle of water waiting for us in the refrigerator. Customer service team was helpful & responsive to issues.
Access to apartment is digital so you must have internet access at all times - was not always easy. And a few times, the elevator did not work using the digital access.
The place was generally clean but the bathroom could have used more as it did not smell good and the shower head was broken (or not installed correctly).
