Generally pleasant, great to be so near the beach,

Very small bbq area, settee uncomfortable and unclean, owners told, will act upon it,

Comfortable home near Dolphin Quay Mandurah.

Walking distance to Dolphin Quay. IGA and bakery nearby. The Sands Tavern is good if you want to mingle with the locals. 2 minute walk to the beach. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay any time of the year.

We enjoyed our stay , it was a large house in a convenient location.

It was spacious, the bedrooms were large and beds comfortable. It was very close to the beach in a quiet street.

The courtyard was very small and not well maintained. Batteries not working in air conditioning unit remote. Some blinds downstairs were damaged and needed to be replaced.
