A estadia foi boa, a localização é excelente próximo a restaurantes, bares e comercio.

Na acomodação estava tudo limpo e organizado.

Poderia ter colocado pelo menos água no frigobar, cápsulas para usar a máquina de café e TV funcionando, pois não é smart e também não pega nenhum canal.

banheiro ridiculamento pequeno. tem q ser especificado que a reserva era para edificio pau brasil. levamos tempo procurando local da reserva. Foi dificil saber senha wifi. Interfone não funcionava. apto foi trocado e oferecido um apto sem cafe da manha que havia sido contratado.

Uma experiência desastrosa e decepcionante

A estadia foi simplesmente horrível. Viajamos em família, incluindo um bebê de 1 ano, e fomos recebidos com um problema grave no banheiro: o box não escoava a água, alagando tudo e impossibilitando o banho. Para piorar, não havia ninguém disponível para resolver o problema no momento, e a recepção nos informou que teríamos que esperar uma hora! A falta de preparo e de consideração com os hóspedes foi evidente. O proprietário, em vez de se preocupar em solucionar o problema, demonstrou mais interesse em cobrar um valor extra por uma pessoa que só subiu para nos ajudar a levar as malas, não ficou nem 10 min e foi embora. Um absurdo! Não recomendo este hotel para ninguém. A experiência foi extremamente frustrante e decepcionante, e a falta de consideração do proprietário foi inaceitável e até diria que patética...
