Decepcionante 🫠

Por decir algo, las camas eran cómodas. La casa tiene potencial pero no está bien cuidada.

Nuestro primer error fue reservar esta casa sin fijarnos en que exigían una fianza de 400 €, una cantidad que nos parece totalmente desproporcionada teniendo en cuenta el estado y el mantenimiento de la vivienda. Cuando llegas, la primera impresión es buena, pero los problemas empiezan a aparecer conforme pasan las horas. Para empezar, la casa anuncia que dispone de Wi-Fi, pero simplemente no funciona. La única solución que nos ofrecieron fue reiniciar el router, algo que no solucionó absolutamente nada. Consideramos que si un servicio se anuncia, debe estar disponible para los huéspedes. La televisión estaba rota, con una raya que atravesaba toda la pantalla. Uno de los platos de ducha no desaguaba correctamente y se formaba un gran charco cada vez que se utilizaba. Además, algunas toallas estaban manchadas, dando sensación de poca limpieza. La presión del agua era muy baja y, siendo seis personas alojadas, era prácticamente imposible ducharse o utilizar un lavabo si alguien más estaba usando agua al mismo tiempo. Pero lo peor ocurrió el sábado por la noche. Compramos unas pizzas para hacerlas en el horno y, al encenderlo, saltaron los plomos de toda la casa. Bajamos y subimos el cuadro eléctrico varias veces, pero cada vez que intentábamos volver a utilizar el horno ocurría exactamente lo mismo. El resultado fue que no pudimos usar el horno ni cenar lo que habíamos comprado. Otro servicio de la casa que tampoco estaba en condiciones de funcionar. Por si fuera poco, la iluminación de la cocina, compuesta por tubos fluorescentes, parpadeaba constantemente. Era muy incómodo permanecer allí y terminamos evitando utilizar esa zona todo lo posible. Todo este cúmulo de incidencias acabó generando frustración y mal ambiente dentro del grupo, llegando incluso a provocar discusiones que, sinceramente, podrían haberse evitado si la casa hubiera estado correctamente mantenida. En definitiva, la relación calidad-precio nos ha parecido muy mala.
