Room is too small and the bed is uncomfortable

Parking was a bit difficult as i dribe an SUV, had to squeeze but if you drive a small car no problem.
The shower doesn't have soap bar but had foam bath its weird.
No soap but foam bath but no bath only shower.

The staff only
The appliances seem too old and some are not working. There seems to be a drain blockage that needs urgent attention as it stinks up the shower and sink
