Other than those highlighted below, all meets expectation! location was good, no trouble with calling grab. 7-11 at the lobby was very convenient.
Not a fan of sleeping beside a refrigerator. Also the quality of the linen/sheets supplied can be improved. No other complain.

It was fine, but really underwhelming, fair offering for the price.
The room was tired. Leftover stuff from previous guests, some trash in the nooks and crannies, dirt in the corners. Just like a 10% effort was made to clean it. The property was ok but also felt like it needed a refresh 10 years ago. Ruined couches in public area.
