The property is beautifully presented with lovely kitchen and living room area, both the air conditioning and water pressure is very good.
There is parking onsite should you require it, unfortunately there was a wifi issue in the area while we stayed but it was communicated by the owners and resolved the day before we left.
I would recommend this property, perhaps the only thing I would add, would be access to a washing machine.

It was immaculate, seemed very new indoors. All branded products (not important to me) but the entire smeg range of taps, toasters etc looked great and everything worked perfectly.
Loved to space and the very well appointed aircon as it was very hot weather during our stay.
Showers were amazing. Excellent water pressure. One bedroom had an en-suite with low sink and the other a very high sink ! A funny but perfect twist for me (very short) and my friend (very tall)
Location was ideal for access to both old and new city. About 10 minutes to new, 25 to old walking slowly in hot hot weather!
Owner communicated very well.

It’s lovely , best place I’ve stayed and it’s my 10th stay in carcassonne.
This is not a ‘dislike’ just a tip. The garden and outside bath are down a winding flight of stairs so would be ideal to have a few more crockery items down there. I did so many flights just to get our nibbles and drinks to the garden and then back up again to the kitchen. Maybe encourage using items from downstairs and then washing them up there!
We booked because we like the thought of the outside bath. Sadly this could not be used, not the fault of the owner as it is controlled via her mobile via the internet and the internet was down during our 3 day stay. Also it’s not clear when booking but it’s 10 euros per bath extra cost. I suggest an analogue way to fill that bath! Maybe a long hose from the garage where there is a working hose! Just seemed a little crazy when all taps worked everywhere except the novelty bath!
Garden furniture a bit tired and uncomfortable. Could do with some cushions.
Also another toilet would make this the perfect property. It sleeps 4 but only 1 loo and if you happen to have the bedroom next to it you hear everything. It’s a loo in a cupboard with no extraction or window so property wouldn’t work for 4!
Either a couple or x2 friends and it’s ideal.

Apartamento amplio, luminoso muy bien equipado.
Cocina amplia y bien equipada.
Dispone de una plaza de garaje privada.
Amplio jardín para relajarse.
Situado en un entorno tranquilo y muy cerca de la Cité.
Si alguna falta se le pude poner, es que cada una de las 2 habitaciones tiene su cuarto de aseo, pero solo dispone de un inodoro, fuera de las habitaciones
