Die Lage ist wirklich sehr zentral – nur etwa 10 Sekunden von der Astronomischen Uhr entfernt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt auf jeden Fall. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war ebenfalls gut. Die Küche haben wir zwar nicht benötigt, soweit ich gesehen habe, war aber alles Nötige vorhanden. Auch eine Waschmaschine sowie Bügelutensilien stehen zur Verfügung.
Den Straßenlärm hört man zwar, für uns war er aber überhaupt nicht störend. Das Apartment liegt im ersten Stock und ist auch mit Koffern gut zu erreichen. Einen Lift gibt es allerdings nicht.
Was für mich persönlich gar nicht geht: Wir hatten das Apartment für drei Personen gebucht, allerdings war nur das Doppelbett vorbereitet. Die Couch war überhaupt nicht hergerichtet. Man musste zunächst selbst herausfinden, wie sie sich öffnen und ausziehen lässt. Die Bettwäsche lag zwar darunter, aber das komplette Bett musste man selbst beziehen.
Das ist für mich grundsätzlich ein No-Go – besonders wenn man abends nach einer langen Zugfahrt mit zwei Kindern ankommt. Hier hätte ich mir erwartet, dass zumindest alle gebuchten Schlafplätze vorbereitet sind.
Außerdem hatte die Matratze des Doppelbetts bereits einige sichtbare Verfärbungen. Das fiel auf, weil das Leintuch etwas zu klein war und die Matratze an den Seiten nicht vollständig bedeckte. Die Duschstange war locker und die Handtücher waren leider nicht mehr ganz weiß; einige Flecken sind beim Waschen offenbar nicht vollständig herausgegangen.
Auch die Eingangstüre unten klemmt ein wenig und lässt sich dadurch nicht ganz problemlos öffnen.
Insgesamt ist die Lage wirklich top und auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Bei der Vorbereitung des Apartments und teilweise bei der Sauberkeit gibt es aus meiner Sicht aber noch Verbesserungspotenzial.

The location could not be any better! It was right off the main plaza with cafe’s, restaurants, and shops down below. Even with all the hustle and bustle down below, (and we were on the 1st floor) the apartment stayed quiet and we got solid sleep.
We could not get the coffee maker and the towel warmer to work. Plus the shower head pole was slightly broken.

the host is friendly, easily reachable and replies fast.
city tax payment and checkin done via online portal, quick and easy.
no luggage storage, neither the day of arrival or day of departure. they suggested the luggage storage nearby but it’s a ~5min walk (non-suitcase-friendly street) and between 5€-8€ per piece of luggage per day, still some extra cost.
the location is very central old town, means that no cars can reach directly and you have to walk for like ~5 min from the nearest possible road. again this 5 min of the beautiful rock streets is super unpleasant if you’re with big suitcases

The location
It could be cleaner, the fridge had some leftovers from the previous tenants, and some of the sheets werent as clean as it should be.
