The room and beach are really nice. We spent a great time here for the week end. Good food at breakfast and Marwan of the guest relation is the best !! He upgraded us for the room and he is always present when we need him! You can ask whatever you want he will be his possible for you. Really gentle and nice guy. We recommande at 100%

The location is excellent, and the beach itself was very clean and enjoyable, especially during quieter hours when it was less crowded. I would specifically like to thank Mahmoud from the beach team, who was consistently helpful, supportive, and professional throughout our three-day stay. In general, the staff were welcoming and respectful, from the reception team to the dining staff and even the General Manager. The hospitality level was appreciated overall. However, there was one employee in the dining area whose behavior was noticeably outside professional hospitality standards, with an overly familiar attitude that should be better monitored and managed.
The WiFi was extremely poor and practically unusable during the stay. Although the hotel informed us after check-in, it still caused significant inconvenience, especially for anyone who needs to handle online work or communication. Foreign guests should consider arranging a strong local data package or large roaming plan before arrival. The chalet was clearly old, and we were surprised to discover that nearby units were under renovation, which meant dealing with construction noise and worker activity during the day, making it difficult to rest or enjoy a quiet midday break. The AC was also noisy and not working properly. On one hot night, there was an electrical fault affecting the AC, and we had to spend the whole night without proper cooling, waiting until morning for technical support. The issue was only fixed around noon the next day, which made the experience very uncomfortable. One of the most serious issues was accessibility. The wheelchair ramps appear to have been designed without proper standards or practical usability in mind. Some ramps, especially the one leading toward the beach, felt unsafe and were extremely difficult for wheelchair users. My mother struggled repeatedly because of this, and the access between the chalet and lobby also relies heavily on stairs with limited practical alternatives. The property urgently needs to redesign and improve accessibility routes for guests with mobility challenges. Another disappointing incident happened when I requested extra drinking water for the room one evening. The male receptionist started debating the request, explaining that water is only provided once per day during room cleaning and that any additional water should be chargeable. Drinking water and basic hydration should be considered a minimum standard in any hotel, not an extra service to be negotiated. The way the matter was handled felt unnecessary and unprofessional, especially when he later returned saying it had been “approved.
