The location is excellent, in a beautiful area and within easy walking distance to port, parks, old town, train stations, bus terminal etc
The property was clean and well equipped, I also liked the sponge and dishwasher welcome package.
Large bathroom, lots of light sources in the living room, pleasant atmosphere.
The staff were very responsive and check in was smooth.
There is no actual key for the flat, you need a phone and internet connection( or app) to unlock the flat door, which can be stressful in terms of making sure you have battery.
There was an unpleasant smell, and it was difficult to ventilate.
There is no air conditioning, which was ok for me, but might be problematic if it is even warmer.
Sound insulation is not amazing.

Que las llaves fueran virtuales. Al pasar todo el día fuera tenía que estar demasiado pendiente de la bateria del movil

La ubicación era perfecta para mi trabajo, a un par de minutos del lugar.
No tengo quejas. Como sugerencia, quizá no vendría mal tener aire acondicionado. La ola de calor mantenía el apartamento un poco caliente de más.

"Very clean property, situated close to the harbour. We found inside a cleanig kit for the kitchen, coffee, shampoo in the bathroom. No mosquitoes."
