- พนักงานต้อนรับดี เปิด 24/7
- แวดล้อมเงียบ ห้องสะอาด
- แอร์เย็นฉ่ำ
- ที่จอดรถพร้อมและมีหลายซอง ไม่ต้องแย่งกะใคร
- โซนเปียกในห้องน้ำไม่มีประตูกั้น อาบน้ำบางทีก็เปียกมาถึงโซนแห้ง

มีเสียงรบกวนจากห้องพักข้างๆดังมาก เป็นเสียงเด็กร้อง คนคุยกัน ไม่น่าเชื่อว่า การเก็บเสียงของผนังจะแย่มาก
