Wij zijn ontzettend tevreden over ons verblijf. Het hotel was erg schoon en het personeel was supervriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er worden veel faciliteiten en mogelijkheden aangeboden. Wij verbleven met ons kindje van 2,5 jaar en voelden ons hier erg welkom. Ook de roomservice was uitstekend: het eten werd lekker warm bezorgd en was heerlijk van smaak. We hebben daarnaast genoten van een massage, waarbij ons kindje gezellig bij ons mocht blijven. Dit vonden wij erg fijn en gastvrij.
Eigenlijk niets. Wij zijn heel tevreden geweest over ons verblijf en hebben geen negatieve punten ervaren.

We really enjoyed our stay at Barceló Cappadocia. The hotel is beautifully presented and has excellent amenities, while the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The food was consistently tasty, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
There are a few areas that could be improved. At times, communicating over the phone with Housekeeping and Room Service was difficult due to the language barrier. It would be helpful to ensure that staff handling guest calls have a basic command of commonly spoken languages such as English.
The in-room dining prices also felt a little high for the portion sizes. I actually prefer reasonably sized portions, but in that case, the pricing could be adjusted to offer better value for money.
Lastly, our balcony had no shade or covering, which meant there was quite a lot of bird droppings on it. Some form of covering or more frequent cleaning would make the balcony much more enjoyable to use.
