The rooms are modern and spacious. The hotel is walking distance from the main tourist area and train station. Parking is next to the hotel, with the hotel offering special rates.
The breakfast is worth the price, basic options are available. The breakfast service is just terrible. Not all meals are available and you have to wait a long time before they are brought out.
Staff were rude and unhelpful at the bar during the evening and with breakfast.

Dit weekend met vrienden naar Reims geweest. We hebben speciaal voor dit hotel gekozen om het centraal lag in Reims. Verder waren de kamers top en hartstikke schoon. Verder was de bar vrouw (Sharon) een topper en maakte zij er haar collega’s goede cocktails.
Er stond dat er bij de parkeergarage ook laadpalen waren maar deze deden het helaas niet.
