Everything the staff, the restaurants, spa, the thermal Springs & the exhibit was amazing. Having a balcony was really nice as well. I would stay there anytime and recommend to anyone and everyone!
Spiral staircase in my room was a bit hard because of a little compromised maybe next time my book book handicap room

Convenient location in NE quadrant of the city. Facilities were overall very well attended to. Staff was nice. Rooms were very well equipped and stocked with drinks/snacks and a cooktop, dishwasher, fridge and washer/dryer in unit. You definitely need reservations for all services and the restaurant. Good walkable options for eating nearby.
Disappointed that there was no take out option at the main restaurant which was very noisy. It was up there in price.

Very modern, bright architecture, great amenities and location. Staff friendly and accommodating.
Mattress and pillows were too firm for us, there is an extra fee to enjoy the pool as a hotel guest.
