Very bad experience doesn't worth the money
I don't even know where to start this review. Let's start it with the only positive thing which was the view.
Other than the view I don't recommend this place only if you like "adventures and surprises".
Be aware that this flat is on the -2nd floor where the cellars are, so it is very cold, when the temperature is cold outside make sure to bring warm clothes.
When we first stepped into the flat there was cooking smell, later we figured out when somebody cooks in the building the smell gets in and you will also hear the extractor hood when somebody use it. There were hairs in the showers and the bed, cleaning could be better.
The most unnoying thing was the lack of normal hot water especially because we had a bad weather so it was really hard to get use to it. There is a switch like a light switch that you have to turn on to have hot water, which is strange. But unfortunately you won't get hot water after a long time either. You will mainly have cold water from the shower and for a short period it will burn as hell and then it will be cold again...
We reserved this place because it has washing machine. But guess what it didn't work.
A lot of stuff there didn't work normal like the coffee machine, washing machine, water system. The tap in the kitchen were dripping after use. It is a very old appartement and unfortunately they don't spend any money on maintenance but in return you have to spend quite a lot of money on your "happy stay" there. We booked from this appartement supplier company last year as well and had similar bad experience, so I suggest when you receive a confirmation letter from Keyone through booking.com let's just cancel it.
No blackout curtains in the bedroom, so bring a blindfold if you can't sleep in total light. Neighbours are very loud, you will hear everything from next door and from up above. Walls are very thin. bring earplugs if you still want to book this place but I used earplugs and didn't block all of there noise and the neighbours next door liked to wake up around 5-6 am and speak really...

Was hier mit den Urlaubern gemacht wird, ist eine Frechheit. Es ist die reinste Abzocke.
Erwähnenswert sind hier nur die Lage und die Aussicht der Wohnung.
Das einzige Positive an der Wohnung ist wirklich nur die Aussicht.
In der Ausstattung der Wohnung wird ein TV-Gerät versprochen. Es steht auch ein Fernseher in der Wohnung. Dieser ist jedoch nur eine Atrappe, weil bei der SAT-Antenne der LNB fehlt. Also kein Empfang möglich.
Die Dunstabzugshaube über dem Herd ist total verschmutzt. Der irgendwann einmal eingelegte Vlies hat sich aufgelöst und hängt durch die Löcher heraus.
Auch sonst läßt die Sauberkeit der Wohnung zu wünschen übrig. Die Zimmerecken wurden beim Reinigen weitestgehend übersehen. Die Gardinen wurden wahrscheinlich ebenfalls lange nicht gewaschen. In den Falten saßen Spinnen.
