Нищо не мисля за закуската, защото не ползвах такава. По отношение на мястото - множество предимства - в близост до метро-станция, има самостоятелно паркомясто, апартамента има абсолютно всичко, което може да му потрябва на човек по време на престоя. Чисто е, помислено е за нещата, които могат да ти потрябват, а собствениците са в сградата в случай, че се появи нещо за решаване. Наложи се да задам въпрос и получих отговор в рамките на няколко минути. Бих повторил без да се замисля.
Единственият недостатък вероятно е близостта с метрото, което се чува когато навън е тихо, но не е нещо, което да може да развали впечатлението от мястото по никакъв начин.

Perfectly clean. Pictures accurately reflected the amenities. New, fresh sheets. New building. Easy access to the apartment. Would definitely stay here again!
The neighborhood has some barking dogs. Not a very well lit area of the neighborhood.

The apartment was a lot better and more functional / livable than we even imagined. There is a huge living room with at least one Sofa, and an American-style kitchen. (Kitchen was very well equipped too.) The TV is smart, which is always nice, the fridge is spacious, the AC does not smell. The bedroom is also fairly large, and ours had a double bed which turned out to be very comfortable. A wardrobe is also available with a lot of space. The bathroom is almost too small for all the things in it, but overall it is very functional, and the shower cabin closes properly (so you won't flood the floor, which often happens in rental apartments as far as I've seen), and has plenty of room for your stuff. Our apartment was on the ground floor, but still came with a balcony that was accessible from both the living room and the bedroom. The best thing is that even in the hottest summer (August, 33-37 degrees) the apartment remained cool throughout the day and we barely had to use the AC. There is a free parking spot, easy to use and very spacious by local standards. The building is very new, and although the location is a bit surprising, but felt very safe and secure. I is easy to reach by car and by public transport too, taxis also had no issue finding it. One additional highlight is the host, they are extremely generous and nice based on our email exchanges, and were generous when it came to amenities and small welcoming touches in the apartment. Overall, I would stay here most likely for any duration, no question... Highly recommend!
