Property was very spacious, clean and well equipped. It was a very good, quiet location,close to town centre. Good private parking .
Unpleasant smell in entrance hall. Also slight smell in the apartment. Could have done with more refuse bags and dishwasher tablets.
Need better instructions for entry to main door of building. We did not know how to use the disc on key ring and luckily another resident showed us how to get in.

Conveniently located - can walk to St Andrew's main attractions. Pleasant and quiet neighbourhood. Well equipped with all equipment you might need. Teabags, coffee and milk sachets provided which was appreciated. Recommended.

New and modern decor; parking onsite; roomy
Wanted to make this our go-to place, but the WiFi problem is a deal breaker. We followed instructions in the guest book to find the network, but even after rebooting the router, modem, and our devices, it still did not show. We called and were told a ticket would be put in, but we never heard back. We emailed the address in the guest book and messaged through Booking.com, but never heard back from either. Eventually we found an unsecured guest WiFi but it was slow and kept disconnecting us so we ended up spending our time in cafes to work on unsecured cafe WiFi. Had the property manager made even an effort to respond, the rating would be higher, but these days internet access is a must.
