We liked being really close to the bike trail and a short drive to the beach, being able to walk through the neighborhood, the pool and pickleball court, the clean condo, the space, and being able to do laundry.
The bunk bed should probably be replaced it isn't very sturdy and makes a lot of noise. We pulled the 2nd mattress down to the floor and it worked for us.

Very spacious and clean. Community amenities were very nice! Wonderful pool.
The 2nd bedroom needs a different bed and some night stands. Mattress not comfortable. Hall bathroom needs a table.
