The breakfast was excellent value for the money. The hotel location wasn't bad, very peaceful, but the are around is still building up, thus nothing at walking distance. It's at least in an area with very low traffic.
Since there is nothing around and the weather was dreadful, it would have been nice if at least one of the restaurant was open. They were all not in service. Ordering from outside with Meituan works, but only if you have a Chinese person with you.

Novotel Kunshan is a lovely hotel with spacious comfortable rooms and a great buffet breakfast. Very central in Kunshan, we could walk to many of the places we needed to be.
Their bar however leaves a lot to be desired. They do not have most bottles on their wine list, the staff don't know anything about wine, so I would highly recommend bringing your own wine, which is really disappointing when after a long day you would like to sit in a lounge and have a glass of wine. The also do not have room service or any evening meals that one could have, you have to go out or order in and if you order in you cannot eat in the lounge area, you have to eat in your room.
