Apartamento estava sujo.

Excelente localização.

O apartamento estava sujo, lixos cheios, banheiro com odor, mesa/bancada com migalhas de alimentos, chão cheio de fios de cabelo. A pia do banheiro tinha uma vazão de água tão ruim que quase impossibilitava o uso.

SUPER ESTRESSANTE!

Escolhi o aparamento por causa da localização dele ser perto do metrô. O que eu usei o tempo todo.

Desde o dia que entrei no apartamento eu tive problemas com a internet que não foi solucionada. A televisão não estava 100% e por não ter acesso a internet quase não pude usar. Pedi para entrar um pouco antes e foi me dito que não poderiam fazer isso por causa da limpeza. Na primeira noite ao tomar banho o apartamento alagou. Pedi ajuda e só foram me atender no dia seguinte. O apartamento estava com cabelo em todos os ralos, ou seja, tudo entupido. O rapaz da manutenção quando chegou perguntou se o apartamento estava limpo porque a quantidade de cabelo nos ralos era falta de limpeza. Tivemos que enxugar e limpar o apartamento por causa que alagou. A empresa 360 que acho que é a anfitriã so falava desculpa mas não resolvia o problema. Gastei toda a minha internet porque no anuncio disse que tinha wi-fi mas não estava disponível.
