Modern-ish, big rooms with a lot of space and storage. They offer to wash clothing and the first load is free, which is great and super handy, as well as other services we didn't use, but I imagine can be very handy for longer stays. There is a common area at the ground floor with coffee and water, where you can leave your suitcases if needed (even if unsupervised -- although someone from staff is always there during the day time). They allowed early check-in which was great. Location is 15 mins on foot from the city center, but the walk is down a busy road which seemed safe.
They have a floor standing aircon, which works, but isn't of the most powerful type.

Basic but so well done and has everything you need. Great complimentary services like coffee, biscuits and a laundry service. Lovely roof terrace to start your morning with a coffee overlooking Oaxaca central. Could not recommend enough.

Great location to get to many places in the area. The place was very clean and modern. We were only a few blocks from our Mole cooking class and found a market within walking distance where the Mole class went to pick up things for the class.
I don't have anything bad to say about the place or location.

The property itself was lovely - very nice rooftop and the ammenties including laundry service and very responsive host was appreciated.
The room had no A/C so it was very very warm during the day and at night. We had to leave the windows open to try cool down the temperature and hence lots of mosquitoes & other ants came in. Was a difficult place to chill out due to the temperature and stuffy nature of the room. Was also at least a 20 minute walk to the centre of the town and to any bars/restaurants we wanted to go to.
