First and foremost, it has to be said that the place is very nice, clean and best of it has a balcony with a very nice view over the Umbrian hills.
Secondly, I think that the hosts are doing a great job in providing you with all the information you need to feel welcomed and even to help you out with sightseeing suggestions during your stay.
Thirdly and lastly, I believe the place matches the expectations deriving from the pictures completely.
If I were to choose something it would be shower where the element at the end of the hose should be changed. Other than this, I don't think there's anything else to pinpoint as drawbacks.

Posizione favorevole per vicinanza stazione dei treni.
Zona tranquilla , appartamento moderno e pulito. Cucina dotata di accessori aggiuntivi utili.
Persiana avvolgibile non funzionante in soggiorno, box doccia senza possibilità di appoggio detergenti. Difetti non determinanti ma se risolti, completano la cura dell’appartamento che di per sé è comodo e funzionale.
Purtroppo altri clienti precedenti hanno fumato in camera e l’odore era ancora persistente ma ciò non dipende dal proprietario ma dal rispetto di chi usa l’appartamento

The apartment is very nicely decorated. The bed is very good, the kitchen is very well equipped. Almost everything was very good or better than in other locations where we stayed. The balcony overlooks a quiet area and drinking coffee in the morning is a pleasure here. All information came via WhatsApp and there was no need for any additional information.Very clean, including dishes. Very good quality for the money paid. I highly recommend.

Il proprietario era gentile e disponibile
L' appartamento Purtroppo non era molto pulito soprattutto il bagno e la doccia, le doccette e i rubinetti erano incrostati dal calcare. Anche la cucina non era il massimo della pulizia. La posizione dell' appartamento non è delle migliori, gira gente poco raccomandabile poiché si trova vicino alla stazione dei treni.
