Great budget stay, nice basic room for one night. Staff are nice and friendly. They allowed us to pay the day after as we had no cash on us when we arrive in Laos, which was nice of them.
For the price, we think it was a good stay!
Unfortunately I believe I got an upset stomach from the breakfast (cold chocolate rice with fruit bowl). we left after one day to go somewhere more comfortable as the bed was quite firm for us.

They took me to the airport and made banana pancakes for breakfast!
The toilet in the back had stone flooring which made it hard to walk on barefoot.

The best part was definitely the atmosphere and the people. Nick and Liza made everyone feel like family from day one. The family dinners, the amazing breakfast, and the social vibe made it feel more like a home than a hostel. I met incredible travelers and made real connections there.

Had the best time in this guest house!
Nico and Lisa are the sweetest hosts. They were always open and eager to help whenever I had any issues, even when they weren’t related to my stay.
The place was super clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the free dinners made it easy to meet people and have great conversations together.
Definitely one of the best decisions to stay here!
