Die Schlüsselübergabe wahr sehr unkompliziert. Vor der Ankunft haben wir eine detailierte Beschreibung erhalten, wie man in die Wohnung gelangt, wie der Code für die Tür ist, wie die Klimaanlage gestartet wird und wie der W-Lan Code ist.
Wir hatten auch den Gastgeber kurzfristig kontaktiert. Sie war sofort erreichbar und konnte unsere Frage schnell beantworten.
Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb von der Stadtmitte von Heraklion. Da wir jedoch mit dem Auto da waren, war es überhaupt kein Problem. Außerdem fahren auch oft Busse in die Stadt hinein.

We had a really lovely stay at this apartment. We especially loved the peaceful and quiet area and the great location. In the evenings, it was very quiet and we couldn’t hear any traffic, which made it very relaxing. The beach was also within easy walking distance. The apartment itself was modern, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We really appreciated having air conditioning, a washing machine and a dishwasher, which made our stay even more convenient. The service was also wonderful. Elena was absolutely lovely and incredibly caring. She really looked after us and was always kind and helpful. The lady who took care of the cleaning was also very friendly, polite and helpful. We truly felt at home here and would happily stay again.
There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like. Everything was absolutely fine and we were very happy with our stay.

Appartamento moderno ben arredato come da foto, dotato di tutto. A piedi è un po lontano dalla spiaggia, bisogna fare una bella camminata, ma con la macchina è possibile spostarsi ovunque in poco tempo. Host super gentile ed attentissimo ad ogni nostra richiesta.
