Nice location next to opera can walk for sightseeing and restaurants , parks and cafes nearby.
Self checkin is good as I arrived in the night . It’s very appreciable to be able to pay by card for an apartment stay. Indications to access the apartment by WhatsApp were quite clear.
Check out is until 11 am but they sent cleaning lady who was very rude and kept knocking on door at 8h25 and couldn’t wait five minutes for my departure . Also the building is under works so lots of dust and plastic .
And fridge very noisy has to be turned off if you want to sleep.

Nice property. It’s close to many attractions in the city. Grocery store and bus stop are next to the apartment.
Overall very good place for long stay in Almaty, would stay in the same apartment for my next visit.
It,s on 4th floor of the building. To hectic to carry luggage as it as no elevator

Good location .
Good facilities. It has a bathroom, a kitchen and a balcony
Recent month the total building is under construction, too much dirty dust in the air, it is hard to breathe and fall sleep. Besides, the mailbox has been removed 2weeks ago, the guide information should be updated.
