The location is great, a short walk to either the city centre or Ecclesall road. Waitrose and Aldi are just across the road for groceries. The apartment was basic but had everything I needed.
Cleanliness - the previous occupant had left her fake eyelashes stuck all over the carpet. There was also trash/makeup pushed down the side of the sofa. The vacuum cleaner was full and had not been emptied. No tea towel/oven gloves provided

It's a very spacious and comfortable space, the TV already had ITV and other channels loaded on and the balcony was lovely to sit on. It is next to supermarket and a roadway although the noise didn't bother me as it is sufficiently sound proof.
My only complaint is that there was no fan in the flat and I was there during a heat wave I think something like that for during the summer months would do wonders.

Property was clean and cosy, and in a nice location!
I did not appreciate that we had to take the rubbish out even though there is obviously a cleaning fee included in the booking price.
