Ki Space Hotel & Spa - near Disneyland Paris

modern hotel, nice pool, filtered water, daily housekeeping, excellent bedding

room had a smell, just two coffee capsules and two tea bags provided, shuttle is a nice touch but the first shuttle after closing is at 10:35pm and closing ceremony doesn’t end until at least 10:20pm, then the one after that is at 11:15pm so it’s a long wait or rushed and packed at both times

Specious rooms with kitchen and all necessities. Comfortable beds, tv and all you need to visit Disney land! Spa is available although very crowded. 10 minutes ride from Disney park. Deliveries available for groceries to cook or have snacks.

Very crowded and not enough staff. We were waiting to check in for a long time and then checkout took forever. Very nosy, no soundproof. You can hear every noise from the corridor, from the room next and from outside

Very new facilities and the beds were very comfortable. Family suite had good clean facilities and catered for all the family as it was very spacious. Free shuttle to Disneyland was also very beneficial.

Very busy at breakfast time we were waiting for food and cutlery. Food was expensive and only ok. Swimming pool was over chlorinated burnt the children’s eyes and was making people cough.

The property itself self is very clean the bar staff are very friendly and a few of the nomad restaurant staff are nice . But I feel the front of house staff could be changed as not very welcoming or helpful

When we went to check in our room wasn’t ready for over an hour when we arrived it was 14:38 check in was 15:00 we stood in a queue watching others check in we where told our room wasn’t rash to come back in 15 mins we rejoined the queue for the second time , again room wasn’t ready asked again to come back to check in instead of taking passports and checking us in they kept making us rejoin the queue of people that where arriving over an hour passed before we got given our room Considering check out is 11 rooms should be ready cleaner has us out the room at 10:15 on the day of departure but check out was 11 .
